Weddings are never just about the wedding. Wedding season is always a duration of (at least) four months – first come the bridal showers, then the bachelorettes and at last the big day – aka weddings! It can be a little overwhelming searching for and spending money on different outfits for each of these wedding events. So to help, I wanted to show you how to repurpose this red dress three different ways, to achieve the perfect look for each individual occasion. WARNING: do not wear one dress three ways to the same persons events lol this is meant to show you how to repurpose a dress for different bridal events for different people.
One Dress For All Your Wedding Events:
The Bridal Shower
The first wedding event look I put together is one I’d wear to a bridal shower so I kept the colors soft and feminine. I paired this off the shoulder dress with a layered pearl necklace, a nude belt, nude pumps and topped it off with a white blazer.
The Bachelorette Party
For the second look I wanted to create something a little more edgy for a bachelorette party (I would even wear this for a girls’ night out) and what better way to do this then with black AND leather! Here I topped the dress with a leather jacket, gladiator sandals, leather chained bag and a silver and black choker.
THE Wedding
Yes, it’s still me 🙂 For the grand finale, I created an elegant look by exposing the off-shoulder accent of the dress and chose dainty gold embellishments- a small gold clutch, a classic gold necklace and open-toe strappy heels. I love these heels of mine because they are very versatile. And for this final look, I put my hair up using a DIY bun maker to fancy it up a notch.
Tina pulls off this dress better than the queen of England pulls of her hats :))))
Unbelievably gorgeous in all three!!! And perfect switch ups in all three!!!
