This strawberry smoothie recipe is kid-approved and although it tastes great, it has hidden healthy ingredients you can’t taste. Hope you like it! And, remember these recipes roughly yield two 10 ounce smoothie servings.
What You’ll Need to Make this Strawberry Smoothie:
- 2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup milk (you can do whole, skim, non-fat, or soy but try to avoid almond or coconut milk because it will change the flavor of the smoothie)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed iced
Step 1 and Final Step:
- Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
